You can be living anywhere in England or Wales to take part in the study. Participation can be done entirely remotely from the comfort of your home.
We are looking for people who:

Are experiencing depressive thoughts and mood

Are age 18 years or over

Have not received psychotherapy in the last 2 months
-
Have not changed medication for mental health (if taking any) in the last month
